Conceived as an accessory dwelling unit (ADU) for healthy living, CoBio envisions cohabitation with plants in a wood-clad environment.
The interior and exterior gardens could be used to grow air-filtering plants or food.
CoBio was designed as a “granny unit” for loved ones where families can continue a shared Biography, but the unit would also make a fabulous one-bedroom for a renter.
The one-bedroom house contains just under 750 square feet of living space including an open kitchen-dining-living room, a bedroom with walk-in closet, laundry room, and bathroom. The plan can be expanded or made more compact according to the available building area. The natural, earthy materials provide a sense of warmth and renewal. CoBio’s wood construction and finishes create a healthy home for you and the planet.
